Born into a family of warriors, Xu Yu (Cecilia Boey) is a fierce fighter with no intention of ever becoming anything else. But when her family's future is at risk, she reluctantly agrees to marry Emperor Xiao Jin Yun (Zhang Hao Wei), a scholarly ruler whose love for books far outweighs his interest in battles. Their mismatched marriage keeps them distant, until a fateful accident swaps their souls into each other’s bodies! Now, Xu Yu and Jin Yun must navigate life in each other's shoes, discovering unexpected truths about themselves and their partner. Will this bizarre twist of fate bring them closer, or drive them further apart? This 2023 Chinese historical romantic comedy drama was directed by He Zhen Hua, adapted from the manhua “No Doubt In Us” by Lv Ye Qian He and You Zhi Jiao Zi.
