Huang Zi Tao, or Tao, as he’s more commonly known, is a Chinese singer-songwriter, rapper, actor and model. He was born Qingdao, Shandong, China on May 2, 1993 and made his debut in the entertainment world in 2011 when he was introduced as the third member of the South Korean idol group, EXO. Parting from the group in 2015, he made his debut as both an actor and a solo artist later that year. Since then he has appeared in numerous variety shows and a growing number of films and television dramas, including the moving 2019 historical drama, “Yan Shi Fan”.

Song Zu Er, or Lareina Song, as she’s also known, is a Chinese actress. She was born in Tianjin, China on May 23, 1998 and made her debut in the entertainment world in 2005. Since debut, he has appeared in both stage productions, films and television dramas, including 2019 fantasy adventure, “Novoland: Eagle Flag”.

Tan Kai is a Chinese actor and producer who was born on January 13, 1972, in Qingdao, Shandong, China. He studied at the Central Academy of Drama and made his acting debut in 2004 when he appeared in a TV adaptation of the novel “Bitter Cauliflower.” He followed with a role in the 2006 period series “Seven Swordsmen,” and more recently has appeared in the series “The Rise of Phoenixes” (2018) and “The Legend of Xiao Chuo” (2020).

At twenty-eight years old, Qian Wei (Song Zu Er) should have been well on her way to establishing herself in her career. However, working as a paralegal for Lu Xun (Huang Zi Tao) has so far proven to be anything but awesome. Harboring a grudge that dates back to their days as students, Lu Xun has made sure Qian Wei’s life is nothing short of a living hell. But when Qian Wei becomes the victim of a tragic accident, everything changes.

Now in a coma, Qian Wei finds herself in a dream world in which she has reverted back to her teenage self. It’s here, in the world within a world, that she finds a very different Lu Xun. Meeting him in this dream world, Qian Wei discovers an entirely different side of her persnickety boss. Spending her days drifting between dreams and reality, Qian Wei begins to understand there’s more to Lu Xun than meets the eye. At the same time, he begins to realize that the same holds true for her.

In the space between dreams and reality, Qian Wei and Lu Xun begin to realize their feelings for each other have taken a drastic turn. Struggling to make sense of these newfound feelings, can Qian Wei and Lu Xun find a way to accept what has grown between them without sacrificing their professional aspirations?
