Growing up in Shanghai, Yang Yi Shan (Ao Zi Yi) never had a lot of freedom. Raised by his aunt, Yi Shan was never given a chance to really spread his wings, so when the opportunity to attend school elsewhere presented itself, Yi Shan couldn’t say no. Packing his bags, Yi Shan soon headed for Shenyang, eager to begin his new life.

Though happy to savor his first real taste of freedom, Yi Shan quickly realizes that starting over in an entirely new city isn’t as easy as he imagined it would be.
