Nan Xing Wan (Landy Li), a successful HR manager, struggles with anxiety rooted in her traumatic past. Undergoing an innovative psychotherapy that transports her back to her high school years, she resolves to confront her old challenges differently. With the wisdom of an adult, Xing Wan begins to understand her past experiences and meets Lin Xiao Ran (Lai Kuanlin), who becomes an unexpected ally. As she navigates her teenage life again, she hopes to heal her present-day emotional wounds and find the peace that has eluded her.
