Song An Yan (Charlene Choi), a hypersensitive forensic expert with an uncanny ability to uncover hidden clues, becomes entangled in a complex murder investigation. When a 29-year-old woman is found brutally killed, the blood-stained mask at the crime scene links to a 20-year-old homicide case that potentially involves Song's own family history. Detective Liu Zhi Ming (Joseph Chang), a brilliant and quick-tempered investigator, is assigned to solve the case and must collaborate with Song An Yan.
