From Repair to Pair

Qiu Yuan (Li Geng Xi) dreams of becoming a cultural relic restorer but struggles to break into the industry until she meets Qin Zhi Yuan (Zhang Chao), a legendary heritage conservation master. When Zhi Yuan faces a workplace crisis, he recognizes Qiu Yuan's unique skills and takes her on as his student. As they develop a strong mentor-student relationship that begins to hint at deeper feelings, Qiu Yuan's long-time crush Zhu Huai Ren (Zhou Jun Wei) returns home, threatening to disrupt their growing connection. Zhi Yuan must now decide whether to fight for his feelings or let them fade away like an old artifact. Based on the novel "Restorationist" by Mao Shang Shu, this is a 2022 Chinese romance drama directed by Cha Chuan Yi.
