A Date With the Future

A decade ago, high school girl Xu Lai (Zhang Ruo Nan) almost died in a devastating earthquake. She was saved by the efforts of the brave young firefighter Jin Shi Chuan (William Chan). She’s never forgotten him, or the comfort-bringing “promise” they made during the rescue. When he saves her again years later, she’s thrilled -- except now he doesn’t remember her, and thinks she's just there to cause trouble. Lai decides to win his affection by becoming a dog trainer who works with firefighting canines. Will this finally help her find a way into his heart? This 2023 Chinese drama series was directed by Jin Sha and Yu Bo.
