In the heavenly realm, an iris flower transforms into Qing Huan (Lin Yan Rou) when a drop of blood from the cold-hearted deity Bai Ze (Yang Ze) falls on its petal. Now in human form, Qing Huan falls deeply in love with the god, who must successfully navigate three mortal lifetimes to become the Emperor of Heaven. In each lifetime – as a Crown Prince in the Ling Kingdom, a sect disciple, and through further unexpected quests – Qing Huan follows him, reincarnating as an Empress and a female demon. Their growing love draws them together across these lifetimes, but their passionate connection might ultimately become their greatest challenge. "The Origin of Eternity" is a 2022 Chinese drama series that was directed by Chen Yi.
