Testimony of N

In 2004, a married couple is found dead in a high-rise apartment, with four individuals whose names start with N potentially connected to the crime: Nozomi Sugishita (Nana Eikura), Shinji Naruse (Masataka Kubota), Nozomu Ando (Kaku Kento), and Masato Nishizaki (Keisuke Koide). Masato Nishizaki confesses and is sentenced to 10 years in prison. A decade later, former police officer Shigeru Takano (Miura Tomokazu) begins an independent investigation, discovering inconsistencies in witness statements and evidence collection. As Masato is about to be released, Takano becomes increasingly convinced that the murder is not as straightforward as it initially appeared. He is determined to uncover the truth and identify which of the "N" individuals is truly responsible for the crime. This is a 2014 Japanese drama series directed by Ayuko Tsukahara and Takeyoshi Yamamoto.
