Pledge of Allegiance

In the tumultuous early Ming Dynasty, Li Wu (Zhang Yun Long), a clever thief, accidentally becomes an Embroidered Uniform Guard after impersonating a law enforcer. He forms an unlikely partnership with Lu Zheng (Chen Ruo Xuan), an ambitious young guard seeking advancement. Together, they navigate the dangerous court politics, encountering the courtesan Zhang Jun Qing (Ma Yu Jie) and the assassin Shu Teng (Sun Yi) during a mission to hunt rebels. As conspiracies and hidden agendas threaten to unravel their plans, Li Wu and Lu Zheng must use their combined wit and fighting skills to survive the treacherous palace intrigues.
