Cinderella Chef 2

In this time-traveling adventure, Ye Jia Yao (a 21st-century celebrity chef) is mysteriously transported to Imperial China, inhabiting the body of Ye Jin Xuan, a magistrate's daughter. After being kidnapped by bandits, she becomes the "fake" wife of Xia Chun Yu (a dashing marquis with a secret mission), with whom she develops romantic feelings. She also forms a close bond with Prince He Lian Jing, who lacks social skills. Moving to a big city to start anew as a cook, Ye Jia Yao finds her life complicated by Xia Chun Yu's reappearance. An adaptation of a popular Chinese web novel by Zi Yi, which also inspired a 2018 drama series, "Cinderella Chef Season 2" is a 2019 Chinese animation directed by Ni Jia Fei.
