Love Syndrome III

Day (Lee Long Shi) and Itt (Frank Thanatsaran Samthonglai) have been in a loving relationship for three years, with Day constantly showering Itt with affection. When Itt falls sick, he demands Day bring him a cake, which Day agrees to despite his other commitments. Tragically, Day is involved in a serious accident that erases his memory of the past three years, including his entire relationship with Itt. Now, Itt must help Day recover his lost memories and rebuild their connection, challenging himself to be less selfish and more supportive.
