Synopsis
Screenwriter Tang Xin (Huang Ri Ying) is in love with her devilishly handsome manager Tang Yu (Wei Zhe Ming) – even though he holds a candle for her best friend! When her friend tells Yu she isn’t interested, Xin finally confesses her feelings… only to be on the receiving end of a stinging rejection. The unhappy Xin decides to quit the company, but her boss pleads with her to stay. Will he succeed? – and could this messy situation one day lead them to love? This 2023 Chinese drama series was based on a novel by Mo Yan Chuan and was directed by Yi Lin and Liu Dong.
