Ever since he was a young boy, Chen Mo Bai (Zhai Zi Lu) was obsessed with speed, and dreamed of becoming a top-level race car driver. He wants to fulfill his ambitions of becoming a leading Chinese Super Formula driver. But his family disapproves of his choice of careers, considering race driving to be too dangerous and unstable a job. But his dreams are given a brand new lease of life when he meets the ace engineer Shen Xi (Alice Ke). The latter is going through a troubled period in her life, with her career on the rocks and family problems looming large.
