Hikaru Takahashi is a Japanese actress born in Shiga, Japan, on September 22, 2001. She won the Grand Prix at the Bishojo beauty and talent contest in 2014 and started out in the entertainment business as a model in TV commercials. She went on to make her acting debut in the movie “Jinsei no Yakusoku” in 2016. She followed up with her TV drama debut, playing a role in the historical series “Onna Joshu Naotora” (2017).
