Lee Young Ae is a celebrated and award-winning South Korean actress. Born on January 31, 1971, she is best known for her roles in the historical television drama “Jewel in the Palace” (2003) and the film “Sympathy for Lady Vengeance” (2005), both of which garnered many acting accolades for Lee Young Ae. She began her career in 1991 as a model and then made her acting debut in the 1993 television drama “How’s Your Husband?” She won the Best New Actress award for that role at the 1994 SBS Drama Awards. After a 13-year hiatus, Lee Young Ae returned to the small screen with a dual role in drama “Saimdang, Light’s Diary” in 2017. Lee Young Ae married Korean-American businessman Jeong Ho Young in 2009. In addition to acting, Lee Young Ae is known for her charity work, including as an UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.

Park Yong Woo is a South Korean actor who was born on March 16, 1971, in Seoul, South Korea. He graduated from Chung-Ang University, where he majored in Theater and Film. He was selected to work as an actor in 1995 by the TV network MBC. He appeared in the hit horror movie “The Hole” (1997) and has since gone on to appear in the films The Art of Seduction (2005), “Unforgettable” (2016), and “Spiritwalker” (2020).

Kang Eun Soo (Lee Young Ae) has never dreamed of an extravagant life, simply wishing to be happy with her husband Park Do Jin (Bae Soo Bin) and daughter. However, after Do Jin is diagnosed with cancer, Eun Soo struggles to make ends meet with her part-time job as a supermarket cashier. Her life takes an absurd, dark turn when she accidentally stumbles across millions of dollars worth of illegal drugs – and decides to sell them instead of reporting it to the police.
