Yi Ran (Lu Yang Yang) struggles to make ends meet through working at a variety of odd jobs. While she's often frustrated with her life, she's found an outlet for her anger: leaving negative reviews when she's dissatisfied with a business. However, after she leaves a negative review at a hotel, the perfectionist hotel director and heir to the hotel group Xiao Mu Cheng (Xing Zhao Lin) tracks her down and asks her to help fix the hotel's problems by hiring her as a professional guest! Yi Ran agrees, beginning her work with Mu Cheng to address guest issues and other problems at the hotel. The two often clash due to their different backgrounds, but find themselves inexplicably drawn to each other in more ways than one.
