When Da Hei (Andy Ko) finds himself struggling to cover medical expenses, he reluctantly joins the mysterious "Anything's Possible Agency," an organization that takes on various jobs ranging from the simply strange (like finding lost pets) to the morally ambiguous (like stabbing people). There, he meets Xiao Bai (Nelson Ji), and the two end up becoming roommates.
