Police captain Thiu Wasan Khambunrueang (JJ Krissanapoom Pibulsonggram) is investigating the rising death rate among terminally ill patients – a cause close to his heart, as his sick mother recently passed under suspicious circumstances. His investigation brings him in close proximity with Doctor Kan Kantapat Akkharamethi (Tor Thanapob Leeratanakachorn), who cared for his mother and other patients. As they spend more time together, Thiu and Kan begin to fall for each other. However, Thiu begins to suspect that Kan may have something to do with his patients' deaths, forcing Thiu to make a difficult choice.
