Section E is a notorious high school class full of mischief-loving male troublemakers. When Jay-Jay (Ashtine Olviga) transfers into the class, becoming the only girl in Section E, her new classmates immediately begin to target her with cruel practical jokes and schemes – hoping to force her to quit.
