Returning Pearl

While filming a historical drama, modern-day actress Lin Sui Sui (Hu Lian Xin), initially thinks nothing of improvising a romantic subplot. To her shock, she ends up mysteriously transported into the show, where she's informed that her changes have broken the storyline, and she must find a way to restore the plot to its original course. Making things worse, Sui Sui has a limit on the number of lines she can say before her inevitable death. Sui Sui soon runs into Jing Yuan (Luo Yi Zhou), the ruthless director of the Ministry of Justice, but when she realizes that speaking with Jing Yuan doesn't impact her dialogue limit, she may have just found her lifeline. Can Sui Sui find a way to fix her story, or will she write something new with Jing Yuan? This drama was adapted from the novel "Princess Pearl" by Chiung Yao.
