During class one day, university student Kakeru Sorano (Taiyu Fujiwara) notices a young woman reading a book alone, although he doesn't think too much of it at the time. However, when Kakeru's dorm mate drags him out to a class gathering, he runs into her again: her name is Koharu Fuyutsuki (Riko Nagase), and despite being blind, she carries a bright, positive outlook on life. Due to past negative experiences with others, Kakeru isn't used to connecting with people, but he finds himself consistently drawn to Koharu, even offering to help her fulfill one of the dreams on her "life's to-do list." Throughout the process. Kakeru and Koharu's bond continues to grow, leading to emotional healing and the possibility of love. This drama was adapted from the light novel of the same name by Shin Nanigashi.
