After Seoul's streets reach an unacceptable level of danger, the Traffic Crime Investigation team is formed to tackle the rising tide of insurance fraud, retaliatory driving, and road mishaps. Leading the charge is the brilliant but socially awkward Cha Yeon Ho (Lee Min Ki), an elite university graduate who specializes in simulating accident scenes, despite his own inability to drive. He's joined by the tenacious ace investigator Min So Hee (Kwak Sun Young), whose sharp judgment and martial arts prowess keep the team in line. Together with the insightful leader Jung Chae Man (Heo Sung Tae), automotive expert Woo Dong Gi (Lee Ho Chul), and martial arts prodigy Eo Hyeon Gyeong (Choi Moon Hee), they race to uncover the truth behind every high-stakes collision to ensure that the streets remain as safe as they can be.
