In a world ravaged by a deadly zombie virus, humanity is caught in a power struggle between two corrupt pharmaceutical giants seeking to take over the world under the guise of vaccine development. College student Lin Zai (Chen Liang) is hit particularly hard, losing both his parents and his elder brother.
