Song Joong Ki is a popular South Korean actor and MC. Born on September 19, 1985, he was a competitive short track speed skater during high school, competing in the National Games three times before an injury forced him to quit the sport. 

Song Joong Ki made his acting debut in the 2008 film “A Frozen Flower” and went on to star in “A Werewolf Boy,” which became the biggest box office hit for a melodrama in Korean cinematic history. Song Joong Ki also has starred in many popular television dramas, including “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” (2010), “A Tree With Deep Roots” (2011), “The Innocent Man” (2012) and “Descendants of the Sun” (2016). Seo Hye Young is in her second-year fellowship as an obstetrician-gynecologist who practically lives at the hospital. She's a workaholic and a highly skilled doctor with quick and precise hands. During her relationship with Yoon Seo Jin, she discovers she's pregnant. Despite her desire to stay at her university, she's reassigned to a countryside hospital branch after performing an abortion surgery on a woman carrying her second child with a disorder. There, she encounters Lee Sang Sik, a pediatrician. Their paths cross coincidentally in an elevator, and he becomes the only one aware of her pregnancy. As Hye Young overworks herself, Sang Sik cares for her, and she gradually opens up to him.
