Loss comes in many forms. Kang Ha Ri (Kim Joo Hyun) is a cheery young woman who inherited her parents’ stationery store after they passed away and is raising her younger sister, Se Ha (Jin Ji Hee), on her own. Min Deul Re (Jang Seo Hee) was once a popular actress but her career is on the decline due to her limited acting range and difficult personality. Kim Eun Hyang (Oh Yoon Ah) is a devoted mother and wife who centers her entire day around her daughter’s school and activities.
On a tragic day, Ha Ri loses her new husband in a car accident. Deul Re loses her beloved mother, who managed her career. Eun Hyang loses her precious daughter in a devastating fire.
Meanwhile, Ha Ri’s friend, Seol Gi Chan (Lee Ji Hoon), has finally succeeded in developing chamomile that rivals the quality of the very expensive Egyptian chamomile, which is used in high-end beauty products. But his girlfriend, Yang Dal Hui (Kim Dasom), needs the secret formula to pay for her mistakes in New York. Koo Se Kyung (Son Yeo Eun), a director and heiress of the powerful Dinosaur Group, will stop at nothing to get her hands on Gi Chan’s research data to benefit her Ruby Cosmetics line. Her husband, Jo Hwan Seung (Song Jong Ho), tries unsuccessfully to get Se Kyung to take a more ethical approach to business and to pay more attention to their young son.
As their lives begin to intertwine, can Ha Ri, Deul Re and Eun Hyang help one another through the most difficult time of their lives?
