At nineteen, Hyun Jae (Jung Je Won) should have had his whole life ahead of him. But when he’s diagnosed with a terminal illness, his entire world is flipped upside down.

Determined to spend the last days he has left as normally as possible he returns to school, hoping that by focusing on his college entrance exams, he won’t have time to think about much else. But no matter how hard he tries to make things normal, things just aren’t the same.

With little time left, Hyun Jae decides the only thing he can do is find a way to enjoy every moment of every day. With that mindset he finds the courage to do the impossible; he confesses his long-hidden feelings to his first love, Soo Min (Kim Bo Ra). Caught up in her own worries about the future, Soo Min has a hard time focusing on the present but when he learns of Hyun Jae’s illness, her perspective is forced to change.
