Can four highly accomplished men in their 40s navigate life and romance to find love and success in urban Korea? Kim Do Jin (Jang Dong Gun), architect and manager of a construction company, is highly analytical and finds it difficult to give his heart to a woman because it means that he has to share his wealth too. Dr. Choi Yoon (Kim Min Jong), an ophthalmologist, is still trying to recover from the loss of his beloved wife seven years ago but a young woman tries to win his heart. Im Tae San (Kim Soo Ro), a macho architect and co-CEO of an architecture company, is in a relationship with a cold-hearted woman but is intrigued when he learns that Song Ye Soo (Kim Ha Neul), a high school ethics teacher, has a crush on him. Ko Young Do (Lee Jong Hyuk) marries a rich older woman and becomes the head of a coffee shop company, but his womanizing is putting his marriage and his cushy life in jeopardy. Will the four friends make the right choices when it comes to romance? “A Gentleman’s Dignity,” also called “The Gentleman’s Club,” is a 2012 South Korean drama series directed by Shin Woo Chul. It has been referred to as the male version of the popular American television series “Sex and the City.”
