Jing Chao

Charmaine Sheh is an award-winning Hong Kong actress and singer. Born on May 28, 1975, she was initially preparing for a very different career after graduating in 1994 from studying hotel management at the International Management Institute Switzerland. But after winning second runner-up in the 1997 Miss Hong Kong Pageant, Charmaine Sheh launched her career in entertainment. She made her acting debut in the 1998 television series “Time Off.” She has since starred in many popular films and television dramas, including the recent “Line Walker” (2014), “Bet Her” (2017) and “Story of Yanxi Palace” (2018).

Dou Xiao, who also is known as Shawn Dou, is a Chinese actor. Born on December 15, 1988, he immigrated to Vancouver, Canada, with his family when he was 10 years old. After graduating from high school there, he returned to China to enroll in the Beijing Film Academy in 2008. He gained immediate fame after starring in the 2010 film “Under the Hawthorn Tree” directed by the famed Zhang Yimou. He has since starred in many popular films, including “Youth Dinner” (2017), which brought him the Best Actor award at the 11th Festival Du Cinema Chinois De Paris, and the television drama “Princess Agents” (2017).

Tiffany Tang is a celebrated Chinese actress. Born on December 6, 1983, she also is known by the names Tang Yan, Candy or Candy girl. She was chosen by famed director Zhang Yimou to be one of the 14 “Olympic Babies” and performed in the “Chinese eight minutes” at the closing ceremonies of the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. Tiffany Tang made her acting debut in the 2005 television series “Meili Cungu” and her film debut in the 2006 film “Farewell for Love,” for which she was nominated for the White Magnolia Award for Best Actress at the Shanghai International Film Festival in 2007. She is considered one of the best actresses of her generation in China and has starred in many popular films and television series, including “The Legend of Fragrance” (2015), “My Sunshine” (2015), “The Lost Tomb” (2015), “Diamond Lover” (2015) and “The Way We Were” (2018).

Tan Kai is a Chinese actor and producer who was born on January 13, 1972, in Qingdao, Shandong, China. He studied at the Central Academy of Drama and made his acting debut in 2004 when he appeared in a TV adaptation of the novel “Bitter Cauliflower.” He followed with a role in the 2006 period series “Seven Swordsmen,” and more recently has appeared in the series “The Rise of Phoenixes” (2018) and “The Legend of Xiao Chuo” (2020).
